The highway sodium based bentonite barrier liner (GCL-R) has excellent puncture resistance, tensile puncture resistance, and tensile shear resistance. Adding a layer of non-woven fabric on one side of the conventional GCL woven fabric can effectively improve the mechanical performance indicators of GCL. Non woven fabric has excellent drainage performance and can play a good role in underground water drainage in scenes with abundant groundwater, preventing frost heave from damaging roads. In addition, adding a layer of non-woven fabric at the bottom can greatly enhance the friction with the support layer, and this product can be applied to slopes to increase the stability of laying GCL.
